Terms & Conditions

Booking and deposit

Bookings must be confirmed in writing with a non-refundable deposit of £100. This will secure the day for you. The deposit is deducted from the final bill.

Bridal hair and make-up trial

The fee for the trial must be paid either in advance or on the day of the trial.

Payment

Full payment must be made 14 days before the date of the wedding. I will provide account details for payment by BACS.

Changes to your booking

I regret that, if after booking and confirmation, there is a reduction in the number of clients or in their requirements, no part of the fee will be refundable.

Late cancellations

For late cancellations (ie within 30 days of the wedding), half the total fee will be payable at the time of cancellation.

Sundays & bank holidays

Sunday and Bank Holiday weddings will include a £50 surcharge.

Travel

There is no charge for travel within a five-mile radius of Cheltenham town centre. Mileage above that will be charged at 80p per mile.

Acceptance

Please note that payment of the deposit with your booking will be taken as acceptance of these terms & conditions.
